These terms govern your use of the curbie.app website and the Curbie app (together, the “Service”), operated by Sloto Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 815100) (“Curbie”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

What Curbie is

Curbie is a crowdsourced parking app — drivers drop pins to share open parking spots with each other. The Curbie app is available on iOS. You can also join the waitlist on our website to hear about news and updates.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist on our website, we will use your email to send you Curbie news and updates, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Crowdsourced information — please read

Parking information in Curbie is submitted by other users and is provided “as is”. We do not verify it and cannot guarantee that any spot is available, legal, or accurate. You are solely responsible for parking lawfully and safely, and for checking local signs, restrictions, and regulations. Curbie is not responsible for any parking tickets, fines, clamping, towing, or other costs or losses arising from your use of the Service.

Acceptable use

When you use the Curbie app, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or unlawful pins or content;
• harass, abuse, or endanger other users;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, copy, or interfere with the Service or its data.

We may remove content or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Your content

You keep ownership of the pins and content you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

Our intellectual property

The Curbie name, logo, app, and website are owned by Sloto Limited. You may not use them without our permission.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to keep it running well but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curbie is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from crowdsourced parking information, your use of the Service, or any interruption to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
